1) How do I reserve my moonbounce?
To reserve your moonbounce or inquire about dates and times, call us at 1-800-992-8167.

2) What age groups may use the units?
The moonbounce units are for all ages, just the maximum number of participants may vary. Children of like ages should play in the moonbounce together to avoid injury. A 13 x 13 unit can hold between 8-10 children or 3-5 adults. A 15 x 15 unit can hold between 10-12 children or 4-6 adults.

3) What size moonbounces are available and how much space do I need to accomodate the moonbounce?
13 x 13 units require at least a 16 x 16 ground area.
15 x 15 units require at least an 18 x 18 ground area.

4) Are the units safe and clean?
Our units are inspected, cleaned and sanitized after each rental. The moonbounces are safe as long as customers follow the safety instructions that will accompany the contract. Safety instructions will also be explained to you at the time of setup. Each unit has a safety step entrance to prevent falling while entering or exiting the unit. The entrance is made with a small opening to prevent children from falling out while making it easy to exit in the event that unit deflates. All units have lots of net windows to allow adults to closely supervise the children. Also, all units are tied down for extra stability.

5) Are you insured?
Yes, Jump-N-Fun of Columbia carries a liability policy as required by the State of Maryland.

6) Do we need a power outlet nearby?
We will need a power outlet within 150 ft. of the moonbounce for power. Customers may use a generator if they are not near any power outlets. We do not provide generators.

7) Do you provide attendants with the moonbounce?
Generally, we do not provide attendants to stay with the moonbounce. We can offer attendants for an additional fee.

8) How far in advance should I reserve the moonbounce?
The units rent frequently, so as soon as you have a date for your occasion you should make your reservation to make sure your date and time are reserved.

9) What if problems arise with the moonbounce during my event?
Do not worry! Problems rarely occur with the use of the moonbounce as we take great care in setting up our units for each event. However, should a problem arise, you will be provided with an emergency number to call.

10) Do you provide moonbounce service to local city or county parks?
We will provide service just about anywhere. However, certain permits and reservations are usually required for city or county parks. Some parks may not have electricity, but check with the individual park to find out specific rules and regulations.

11) Where can the moonbounce be set up and on what type of surface?
We can set the units up on grass, concrete and even indoors. For indoor use, you must check for a clearance of 16 or 17 ft.

12) What if it rains or is very windy on the day of my event?
We will not operate our bouncers in rain or wind (25 mph or more) for safety reasons. If the weather is questionable, you may call before the event and we will give you the option to cancel and reschedule for another day. If you decide to proceed with your event and set up has begun, and it begins to rain, a refund will not be given.

13) How do I pay for the moonbounce and when is payment due?
There is a $50 deposit required on all rentals to reserve your event date and time. The balance is due on the date and at the time of your event. We do not accept checks for the remaining balance. Balance must be paid in cash or by credit card through Paypal, a secured database via our website. There is a $30 return check fee on all returned checks..

14) Can the moonbounce stay overnight for pick-up the next day?
Moonbounces may be left overnight on property in a secured location with a fence at least 4 ft. high that has a lock. Jump-N-Fun of Columbia reserves the right to cancel any overnight stay of the moonbounce if they feel conditions are not safe for their equipment.

15) Can I move or shift the moonbounce to a location that I think is more desirable?
Moonbounces may not be moved from original set-up locations under any circumstances, except by authorized personnel of Jump-N-Fun of Columbia. If a moonbounce is moved and damage results, customer will be liable for cost of repair or replacement of the moonbounce.
